Properties are advertised on the site without initial  charge to the owners, enabling us to add or remove them without financial consideration. Your contract is with the owner who is paid direct by you..

If we are aware of building construction, road works in the vicinity etc. which adversely affects the enjoyment of the property then the details are given on the site or the house is temporarily removed until the work is completed.

If any problems arise during your holiday, which cannot be resolved by the owner, we are available to assist you.

The comments, compliments or criticism of previous clients is very important to us and they are always brought to the attention of the owner. Any complaint, if justified, results in the property being removed from the site.
